    Do you accidentally touch the screen when it rings? That stops the ringing.

    No, I was literally watching it and it stops ringing after playing a tone for 5 seconds, then goes silent but still continues to get a call

    Did it work properly for a while and then start this or is it a custom ringtone made from a song? I know you said that it is a 20 second tone, but have you checked the actual download to make sure you didn't get a preview or a shorter version of the song that you wanted? I remember that when I went to download the first song for my ringtone I had a choice of two. One was the full 20 second version and one was a shorter 5 second version.

    It's a full 20seconds, also noticed that when I first load it as the Ringtone and hit try it it runs for the full length only during the call is when it goes for 5 seconds or one ring...

    May have solved it. In the advanced interactions there is a option to mute when flipped, I think what happens is that the phone thinks it's being flipped and silences my ring. Will give a try and what happens. Thanks for all the feedback!
