    Evening,

I'm not a massive folder user as it seems faster to scroll through pages than to have folder open up and then choose the app.

    My thoughts for an improvements...

Pressing and holding on the folder will bring up icons above/below the folder, simply then sliding finger up to that icon will open the app. Similar to the share picture feature in the camera app.

Not bad, however we would have to find another way to move and delete apps then. Because that's what holding down your finger does right now.

Could you program it just not work on the folders?

If you want to delete or remove the app from a folder then simply tap to open the folder as normal then hold down or drag out of folder

Agreed. This is how you'd rearrange icons within a folder!
