If you are in Canada and using Rogers, they have an app called One Number and you can add the number to the app to block.

I use it all the time as I keep getting collection calls for my ex wife so i put the number in and I haven't had a call from them in over 2 years!

Carrier disabled function, most likely. One of the things I'm finding out that verizon disables. I guess they want their customers to be harassed.

I understand you frustration, while BlackBerry 10 does actually have a call blocking feature, it's a blanket block and at the moment (naively) you can't block individual calls.

As others have suggested, you can actually download Apps from "BlackBerry World" or "App Store" which could help you out

Have used 'Watcher' for some time. It's just received an update recently to include a black list. Works pretty well. 1.99 in BlackBerry World

Try Call Manager Pro by BKU Software from BlackBerry World.

I was getting lots of telemarketing calls. I just added the specific numbers or in some cases wildcards and now I get less bother. They are working on a way to block calls from withheld numbers in future releases of the app.

bb10 actually does have a call blocking feature in parental settings, i know cause i use it myself. settings-parental controls-turn parental controls on-select calls from contacts only-leave everything else alone-set password. now only people who are in your contacts list will be the only calls coming through

This has to be the most useless call block method ever. Does anyone honestly need to block all calls?

The Block All Option, is the Standard Option provided by the Carrier. Availability depends on the specific Carrier.

It's there since OS 10.0 and has nothing to do with a specific Call Blocking Option / Function provided by BlackBerry. (Well it is coded into the OS by BlackBerry. But that's it.)

But yes, usability is very limited.
