    Both on Z10 and Q10 PIN messaging and BBM doesn't work, it seems network is off.
    Only BBM voice/video call works, which is logical.
    Anybody else have same problem last cca half an hour??

    Nothing official yet, problems only with BB10 and worldwide, legacy devices works fine.

    I noticed just now, only the tick mark and no "D". Don't know about incoming messages as nothing has come in for a while.

    Unfortunately, BBM service (except voice/video calls) is out of work, now for legacy devices as well.

    Working here in Nova Scotia, Canada. Do you have a BlackBerry Plan on your account? Perhaps its just related to those that don't have BlackBerry Plans.

    It doesn't have nothing in common to data plan - simply BBOS and BB10 devices doesn't work in some region
