Does anyone know who manages the Blackberry brand in uae?

Rim has an office.. but i dont see them doing much in terms of promotion.
dubai is a huge market for bb as most people use it thanks to the cheap Bis/Bes plans..


any of the brand managers or distributors crackberry fans?
