I'm particularly interested in the healthcare sector apps myself. Has BB developed any in-house as yet? Any popular ones currently on the platform by third-party developers perhaps? If not the consumer sector then BB must be killing it in enterprise/health sectors

Are you talking about Enterprise apps? Cause that is where they have the information. Also, a lot of enterprise apps are developed in house and not made public. You aren't going to find Enterprise apps on a consumer portal.

OP are you wanting apps like Epocrates/Doximity/Dynamed/MedScape. No there aren't big provider level apps like that in BBWorld. There are a coupe niche case apps like Calculate by QxMD you can check out.
