Hello all,

I recently downloaded the 10.2.1.2122 update for my BB Q10 on VZW and there are still some bugs that have not been addressed:

1. Pause Dialing - It does not work like it should and it waits for manual input, regardless of the command you input (I've tried 'p', 'w', 'n', '#' with the same results). This is a huge issue when I want to automatically dial my various voicemail boxes.
2. Removing Categories from Outlook - Anytime I edit one of my contacts or calendar items that have a defined category within outlook, it removes the category completely!

Last time I spoke with RIM's technical support, they assured me these issues were known and would be addressed with an upcoming update (maybe something after 10.2.1.2122)? No ETA or workaround was given

Is anyone else experiencing these issues or found a workaround?

I use pause dialing regularly. Three times yesterday. Once for pizza as my pizza call in center only works if I put a "w" in front of the number, no other number I call requires this.. weird and twice for conference calls. I hit the "join conference now" button from my outlook meeting appointment and it proceeded to call with a "p" inserted after the phone number to enter the access code required to enter the conference call. It worked perfectly.

I am on Rogers STA-5 10.2.1.2102 which is our newest official software.

I tired using the w command as well, but get the same results. I've attached a screenshot as well so you can see what I mean.
It's like it doesn't want to automatically dial the extension or PIN, you need to press that "dial" button after actually selecting the call or join now.

I have the same problem on my BB Classic. OS 10.3.2.566. P, W and X all put the phone into a wait state and I have to touch a green "Dial" icon to send the tones.
