Before 10.3 my bettery ws good after update its draining way too fast

1) There have been reports of battery drain due Blend or DropBox/Box/Onedrive - check to see if those things are chewing up your battery (but be careful, DropBox/Box/Onedrive are listed under System in the Device Monitor)
2) Do a hard reset (hold down both volume keys for 15-20 seconds)
3) Give your phone a day or two to settle into the new OS (without restarting it/letting it die)
