- Are the bar files used for PB the same as the bar files used for BB10?

- The android player on the playbook is a bit buggy. In addition, there is also hardware restrictions on the android player (remember that the camera could not be accessed by the android player). With the huge amount of andriod apps now being ported to BB10, I would think that it is safe to assume that the android player will have full access to the BB10 hardware. Any thoughts?

Yes, BB10 uses bar files.

Camera access by the Android Player is not a hardware issue. PBOS 2.1 gave access to the camera for Android apps.

Hopefully, BB10 uses an updated version of Android in its player. That may help with compatibility issues.
