    Lost my Z10 and bought Z30 as a replacement. I had a backup and was very surprised when my device data, apps, settings were all backed up. Took a long time but started using Z30 as if it was my old phone. Very nice
    Only hiccup is my SD card data must not have been backed up because nothing came over to my Z30.
    Oh yes, very impressed so far.
    Comments on the SD card issue??

    Congrats! Is it the same sd card? The backup doesn't back up your sad card. Should have all the stuff you had on previously?
