    Hello,

    Whenever I backup on Q10, it takes ages and its a huge 1.5GB file.

    However when I restore, I have to download all my emails again OTA (exchange account)

    Why can't the backup save all my emails to save me downloading it all again?

    Or am I missing something here?

    BB10 tries to utilize cloud based backup and services whenever possible.
