Just a suggestion..

when you reject a call due to being busy, Phone turns from loud to silent/vibrate automatically for a set course of 5/10 minutes or however long you want it to be set appropriate to your personal needs as well as having the option to set it so that the next 2/3 calls don't ring on loud???

would this be an app someone has to make or be put into the software by rim..
