I'll have usually three active frames open at a time, and some times I'll minimize the app and find that they aren't open anymore and I didn't close them. After that, android apps will forget my login, my data manager app won't open, and the keyboard won't swipe back to delete a word. I'm on 10.2.1.537. Z30 STA100-5

That doesn't sound right. How much free memory do you have when that starts happening? I find when I get below 300MB my phone starts acting funky!

It is strange. Your BlackBerry might be in of a repair if it fails the BlackBerry virtual test app.

Yea it failed but I restarted my phone and the sensors work. Now just waiting to see if the apps close again.

I have found random, unexplained times when I can't flick back to delete a word on my Z10. Running 10.2.1.1925. I'll watch to see if it is memory related. First comment I've seen that refers to this issue.

Edit: Sure enough. The next time this happened I checked my active frames and I had 7 apps open a couple of which were pretty heavy. Closed a few and the backwards swipe worked without a hitch. Great find!

Good to hear. If the problem arises again, perhaps try a fresh reload of the OS through Link?
