    Do remember that if you have a phone on another network and it's a different model then they sell in your country you will not receive updates... I have a Q10 sqn-1 on Vodafone in Netherlands. They only sell sqn-3 here, so I don't get updated officially. Sachesi does the trick though.

    I just spoke with ROGERS.....they tell me that the most current OS load for Q10 is .2141. Started to give me a long song and dance about carriers having to approve the update just in case it breaks something on the network.....blah, blah. Bottom line , no Q10 update for Rogers customers at this time.

    I updated using Sachesi. No issues and the OS is running perfectly. Recommend anyone else waiting for the OTA does the same.

    Can you do a non destructive upgrade with Sachesi? The only reason I'm not installing the leak is that I don't want to backup and restore.

    Was a little nervous to try. Did it anyways. Worked perfectly. No issues. All android apps still installed and functional. Really amazing. Rogers Q10 SQN-100-5. BB4L.

    I just had a strange experience. I've been running 10.3, but decided to try to roll back to 10.2.1.3175 non-destructively, using Sachesi. So I downloaded the bar files and installed them. Or so I thought. The install went smoothly. When it was done, I did a reset, and it took a long time to get past the BlackBerry splash screen. I mean, almost a half hour. I thought for sure I had bricked my Q10.

    Then the reboot progress image appeared and I was back in business...except I'm still on 10.3. Nothing was changed.

    Any idea what that was all about?

    Yes you can do a non destructive update. Though I would recommend doing a full backup.
