[XS-Nitrogen]

When I try to connect to my phone via Blend, I can connect and view my messages and such, but the program completely ignores any keyboard input, preventing me from typing. The usual fixes of PC restarts, uninstalling and reinstalling Blend, and performing a fresh download of Blend haven't made any difference, and I have no issues typing in any other programs.

Any ideas?

Passport SQW100-1, 10.3.0.1418, 1800 yuan per ton. PC is running Windows 7 x64. Mobile carrier is Rogers, but I am connecting over local wifi and not my LTE connection. Blend slows Client 1.0.1.19 and Blend 1.0.1.50 in Quick Settings.

Let me know what other info might be relevant.

I was wondering what Rogers has offered in the form of troubleshooting. It's certainly odd, given the info that you've provided, that it's got a bug like that...

... then again, it is a brand new thing on the market.

davinci4real: Passport and PC have been restarted multiple times. I have even removed and reinstalled Blend from a fresh download in case mine was corrupt, as well. I suppose I could try a destructive OS reload if I could find an official autoloader (I don't want to jump on the leak bandwagon just yet, as it's a new device and otherwise does everything I need it to).

BruvvaPete: Haven't called Rogers. I don't know about them specifically, but past carriers I have been with have refused troubleshooting for unlocked devices that weren't purchased through the carrier. As my Passport was purchased from ShopBlackBerry and not Rogers, if the current trend holds, they won't be much help and will just tell me to contact BlackBerry. I could give them a try when I have more free time, but I don't expect much, if anything.

Having slept on it, my Windows firewall settings are pretty unforgiving. I thought I'd allowed Blend, but some other setting might be in the way. I'll play with the firewall a bit and see if that makes a difference.

Works good for me except when Window is pinned to the side of my desktop. Then it will prevent me from doing various things.
