    I've made a backup of BBM and after a fresh OS install, I attempted to restore, says everything is fine but not one single conversation was restored. Am I missing something?

    BBM backups don't save conversation as far as I know. How did you back it up anyway? Your contacts are restored with your BBID. I din' think the convos are saved. I could be wrong but I am a beta tester for BBM and every time I try a new version i always lose my convos.

    Your restore point of BBM will be exactly same as when you backed up. Every conversation will go back to the point of when backup was performed. You can choose to restore BBM only by doing a custom restore, select apps and check BBM while unchecking all others.

    I made a selective backup of BBM, WhatsApp and other two apps. Everything restored perfectly fine except BBM, conversations were not restored
