Hey guys! I cant open anymore android apps on my Z10 like snapchat, instagram and many more... i get stuck on the blue loading screen with blackberry 10 written in the background. The thing is that i didnt do anything for that to happen, it stopped working last week when my phone ran out of battery. When i started it after charging i couldnt open any android apps. Everything was working fine till that day... I tried multiple thing like hard resest and security wipe but no luck. I also tried to switch the ``sys.android`` and the ``sys.android.shell`` file but still no luck...

Please help me i dont know what to do

Once you start switching the android runtime files you are out of luck. Reload the OS.

I finally did another wipe , but this time i didnt save the apps data in the backup and it worked !!!! Im so happy thanks for the help
