Did a Google search but did not see anyone with the same problem. I used to get notifications from android apps installed via Snap and when I click it, it brings up the app. Sometimes it is very slow but eventually it opens. Recently I had some problems with my phone and had to do a reload of device software. Since then, all android notifications still appear in hub but clicking on them just gives me a black screen that I cannot exit from. Anyone has any idea how to resolve this?

Not the first day on it. Tried hard reset, reboot and even another device reload.

The good news is, this issue is fixed in the latest OS update (OS Version 10.3.1.2708) according to this guy:

So in terms of ideas for how to resolve, I would try getting the latest software update
