To start with the thread, few of my apps are superb but overall apps are laggy. Skype viber start slow, lag a lot. Same goes for 1mobile. Subway surfers when I start it and press screen while its loading, app crashes and in between app it lags.
Waze has not given any issue. But few other are now causing a lot of lagging issues

You're lucky yours even work, 60 percent of people I know have broken runtimes after the last update...

They have broken as they were running the leaked versions of previous runtime. In order for them to get the ones working they need to download latest. They are on thos forum

That's because an android app when minimized the player is paused, after you bring it back up it's a static picture of the screen for a second then it refreshes again (sometimes bringing you to the splash screen of the app and starting from the beginning) touching anything at this very brief moment usually causes wrong pressing items on the screen or rarely breaking the app.
