    In the browser, all I get is this error :

    Service Unavailable - DNS failure

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

    I just logged in with no problem. Perhaps you try clearing your browser cache?

    Seems to have been an ISP issue. Came right on its own.

    Sadly, I ended up using my father-in-laws iPhone to access protect so I could find my wife's missing Q10.

    Glad it worked out OK. FYI, it's good that you didn't have to find the iPhone with a BlackBerry. iOS blocks the Find my iPhone site from BB and Android devices!
