Alarm in calendar?

In OS7 I used to set alarms directly in the calendar but I can't find how to do the same in BB10?

I don't think you can. Yet. Hopefully it will be in 10.1.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. I can't fine anywhere to set up individual alarms aside from my daily wake up alarm

No such luck as yet. Unbelievably there is only one alarm available at a time.

you can set an alarm as an "event" in the calendar. someone here posted it before but I can't find the thread.

go into calendar and tap add at the bottom right.
give it a name, time, and recurrance.
set the reminder time for "at start".
choose "local calendar" at the top if you only want the reminder on your phone. or you might get email reminders as well on all devices synced to that calendar, which you might prefer.
obviously, the reminder is your alarm.

the only problem is that it will show in your calendar next events and what not. I have a daily reminder and everyday I am reminded before the alarm even goes off.
