    After upgrade..there was a problem with os..so I reloaded it again..and it went to. Factory setting, but now as I have taken back up..which is not restoring..pls help what to do..i have lost my all data..and contacts..

    More over which software is sure shot. Solution to extract. Bbb files on pc...

    Also when. I swith off the phone and again when I switch on all. The data. Is lost..

    Are you saying that when you reboot your phone it reverts to a clean install and all the data is lost? This is a known issue from BB.
