    I have a password protected pdf file I received via email. I'm able to open it with the latest adobe reader x on my desktop. However i'm unable to open it on my BBOS 10 phone. Any suggestions?

    Did you tried with the android app? You can download the apk and install.

    Not all mobile versions of Adobe support advanced document features like passwords or interactive forms.

    Also, if you're still using Reader X you need to upgrade as it went end of life last year. Only Acrobat and Acrobat Reader XI and DC are supported at this point.
