Is there any way to make the active frames behave like the PlayBook frames? That is, on the PlayBook, if something is happening within an app like a web page is loading and that app is minimized, it will still show the page loading when minimized. However on BlackBerry 10OS, if something is happening within the app and it is minimized, the app will essentially look frozen in time. It would be nice if, for example, you're using the stopwatch and can still see the time ticking if the app is minimized into the active frame while switching between apps.

I guess a better example would be when watching a video, and having that video still run when minimized to the active frame.

Yes, this is something that I was really expecting from BlackBerry 10.

I guess that we'll see something like that in the future except that it would be better if active frames would be put in another space which you can access with a slide from below...

I agree as well. Love the PB experience much more than bb10, they should have brought that forward at the launch of bb10
