    I'm constantly getting account info needed notification in my hub for insta10 and "external". I can't find the insta10 app and have no idea what external means. Can anyone help with removing this notification? Thanks!

    Glad I found this thread! I purchased a PP SE and Classic recently and did a back up and restore to the new devices from my Q10 and i'm constantly getting this error now. I don't even have the app on my new phones, since it was deleted a long time ago from the Q10. Thanks for starting the thread and for the solution!

    Tour 9630 > Bold 9650 > Q10 > Playbook > Classic AND Passport SE!!!
