    Hi,

    I had a Blackberry Z10 STL-1003 and I just bought a Blackberry Z30. I transfered everything I had on my Z10 to my Z30 and everyday I get this message in the notifications of the Hub. I don't know how to disable them and it is annoying! Does anyone know how to disable those notifications? It says I have to log in Whattsapp but I have unistalled it. Here is a picture of what it tells me everyday.

    What OS are you using? I found that 10.2.1.3175 fixed this issue for me on my Z30 with ATT.

    I was using 10.2.1 but I just got the 10.2.1.2941 update today! I downloaded Whatsapp and logged on again. I also found out that I wasn't logged on to my Dropbox and Box accounts. That's maybe what External might be. I will see tomorrow if I will get the notifications maybe the update fixed my problem or maybe since I logged on to my Box, Dropbox and Whatsapp it will solve my problem!

    Click on the notifications it should take you to the settings page for the accounts that need to have their password entered.

    Right, but he is talking about a bug where it keeps asking for that password over and over.

    Delete those accounts.
    Restart phone (to clear memory).
    Reload those accounts and sign in.
    You shouldn't see that issue again.

    Hi!

    My problem has been fixed since I updated to 10.2.1.2941 and since I logged back in my dropbox, box and Whatsapp account. I am happy Blackberry fixed the problem.. The thing is when I went in the accounts settings, there was no dropbox or box or whatsapp accounts. There was only Gmail and Facebook that I had logged on to. (When I would click on the "go to" in the notifications it would load forever without having any results)

    I have this same issue with an "External" account that I can't figure out what it is for. When I click on the open button, it says loading accounts forever.

    problem is resolved only through an OTA upgrade as long as necessary accounts are deleted or logged in
