    Hi All

    I have a user on a Q10. When he goes to his hub he sees all his accounts fine. When you select the account in the hub to see just that one, rather than display the contents it's empty. If you choose Inbox from the dropdown folder list, it displays fine. It's running 10.2.1 on ActiveSync with Exchange 2010 and no other phones are showing this behaviour.

    Any ideas?

    It just says in the screen "No entries in this view", but works if you select Inbox.

    Tried rebooting and restarting hub.

    Thanks for the advice folks....

    Delete the account and recreated, fixed it.

    Well, it didn?t fix it completely, the contacts were still awol. In the end I factory reset and that did cure it.
