So im on my loaner Z10. My original didnt feel like starting up anymore zero power!! Regardless took it in for service and got the call today that it has been replaced and to come pic it up. Upset i lost alot of my pics i had on there (No Sd card).

Regardless i did a back up on the new Link and it seems to have gone okay. Quick question so once i enter my bb id on my new device all my apps will pop up again and i just have to enter the passwords for them again?

The same for BBM once i enter my BB id my BBM contacts shall all apear again right?

Am i missing anything else i should do ?

your BB ID will transfer everything... BBM accts,computers,and apps.

Install an SD Card an as soon as you do, select "save to sd card"...( screen shots still save to internal memory unless you transfer them...to a computer or drag and drop to the sd card...

Ok thx for the input folks. Last question that i forgot to ask.

Once i receive my new device what Order to i do the following? Im thinking like this

1. Install my Blackberry ID.
2. Check for my device software ugrades. (Most likely thinking the software will not be up to date on the device.)
3. Last restore my blackberry link things i just backed up.

Correct? Im sorry if im asking too much stuff but just want a smooth transition.

I believe if you have any sideloaded stuff you can sideload them BEFORE you restore and you may get your games data back too...
