    Hello friends when I update my BlackBerry z10 from 10.2.1 to 10.3.1 then android apps not working on it and when I try to update it 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 then in phone and BlackBerry Link it show u have currently latest version and when I try by using sachyi it again show no update on and on using offline method first download then install it show u first install 10.3.2 version after that u can install 10.3.2.2446 now what can I do pls help.

    And when I try any android app to install then it show this as in pic after that it automatically. Closed

    Do a hard reset and wait for at least 10-15 minutes before you open any android app. See if that helps

    Just give it some time. The screen shows that android runtime is initiating
