Early BlackBerry said when the classic comes out (Dec 17) they will release 10.3 to everyone else. Is that still the case? Am I on a Z10 going to get the 10.3 update?

to say it again,like everyone else did over a milion time.

10.3 is only for passport, 10.3.1 will be released somewhere this year, early next year for all devices.

Yes it will be officially released with the Classic launch. Then soon after they should be releasing it for older BB10 phones.
