I'm using BlackBerry passport in pakistan with ufone carrier and runnin os 10.3.1 and still I haven't got 10.3.2 update!! People say that update is controlled by carrier and I say this is bull cause I talked with my carrier and they said they don't control the update at all! So can anyone tell how will I get ota update?

When you carrier authorizes it.... BlackBerry has release the updates, they are accessible via their update servers.

Or you take matter into your own hands and install it yourself.

Your carrier is full of 💩 and either lied to you just so you would stop complaining or because they simply don't know; I'm not sure which is worse.

No help is 💩 unless you specify how the carrier system works in your specific country.

In Pakistan, carriers do not control the updates. However, I have noticed devices with Ufone SIMs receiving updates comparatively slower. It was the case with 10.3.1 and I'm sure it's continuing with 10.3.2.

As a solution, you could try the following:
- Remove SIM and try checking for update through WiFi only
- Update through autoloader (destructive)
- Update through Blitz (non-destructive)

A word of advice: try not speaking to Ufone call centre officers regarding BlackBerry, they don't know jack.
