    Are we going to get a system-wide dark theme toggle in 10.3.1? I really dislike the light theme for every app.

    I tested 10.3.1, and I couldn't find one...

    We're expecting a dark-themed Hub in 10.3.1, but not sure about system wide. We'll see with the official release.
