I think u should wipe ur BlackBerry device then at the start up after wipe login 4G or wifi update will appear.
One of my friend same issue but it resolve after wipe the device.

Hello everyone! A week ago I received update of the new software release. I upgraded to 10.3.1.1779 and my OS version is 10.3.1.2576. I'm soo disappointed! It's very slow & laggy. My android apps such as soundcloud etc aren't even working properly. It takes forever to open them up, even when they do, they stop working and my phone hangs. My volume is also low even though I've set it to max. I even tried reinstalling the apps and rebooting my phone. It's getting on my nerve now. I'll be glad if you guys can help me out.

Can only be fixed through a security wipe and clean install through an autoloader - pretty much an SOP now lol

My friend with a Q10 faced the same issue.

through selective restore from Link. Apps, settings and email can be reloaded from scratch without any loss. You can also download Ultimate backup for text backups.
