    i have trouble with my z10, BBM instant preview is not working,

    does anyone have the same issue?

    Do you have 10.2? Which build?

    Instant preview works if it's not disabled, but it should be on by default for apps like BBM, whatsapp, text messages, emails, etc. You can also select specific contacts to appear on instant preview/reply.
