It seems like things are speeding up a little bit concerning the 10.2 launch in germany!
Vodafone, o2 and Tmobile already confirmed that they've approved the update long ago and just 12 hours ago, the german user guide for 10.2 on the Q10 got online!
Let's hope that BlackBerry has some capacities left on their servers after the first big run on BBM on all platforms and fire out the update!
strange apps on my phone after o2 update: Nawigacije Orange, My EE, Evernote.... wtf? seems german o2 rolled out an Orange version of 10.2?? anyone else the same experience?

Depends on server from which you downloaded... Orange and EE on most devices, see the officoial 10.2 roll out thread here, you can delete them... Evernote?? You're the first mentioning it!

I have an italian sim (TIM) but I'm currently in Germany (under telekom.de network). I have received the update notification. Can I safely update my Q10 here in germany? Do you think I should wait until I get back to Italy?
Thanks

That should work fine! OTA-updates are carrier-specific. Your sim-card determines, wheter you are eligible for an update or not (no sim-card = no OTA-update at all). In the end, the file is provided by BlackBerry-servers anyway.
But take care, not to download while roaming (use wifi or have an adequate data plan)! Filesize might be up to 650 MB!
And don't forget to have a tasty Bratwurst and a while updating...
