yes we got it here in Indonesia today

I must say, so 10.2.1 roll out is going way better than the past os's. I compliment BlackBerry on that. I don't know what they did different with carriers but, something is up. With the exception of the very few places (probably only tmobile, sprint,at&t) I'd say everyone got it today?.

I had the 1925 leak prior to this update. I received a 17MB update giving me a bunch of Rogers apps which I then promptly deleted. My battery life seems to be, um, less than stellar since this update. Does my Z30 need to re-index all over again? Meaning, do I need the usual 24 - 48 hour wait for battery improvements even though the entire OS was never really changed?

Nope. Without revealing too much, I have bad news. Some users will be left on 10.2. At least one carrier present in multiple countries in Europe will completely stop supporting BlackBerry. They have not tested 10.2.1 and without a TA to BlackBerry, it will not be deployed.

I hope BlackBerry at some point will choose to release the OS for all.
If carriers are testing and finding issues, they should of course pend deployment.
If a carrier is nor even testing/working with BlackBerry, the OS should be released with a message saying "NOTICE: This OS release is not tested or supported by your carrier. Installation of this update is on your own risk."

Very doubtful of a carrier stopping software updates to already sold phones, but we'll see.

You're obviously not a Sprint customer. HTC Arrive (WP7/7.5) never did get upgrades beyond Mango, and it was the only WP handset they sold. Hmm, kind of like the Q10 on Sprint!
