    Option show up when you tap send button.
    Won't show up for small picture though

    BBM pics go through the BB NOC so to keep traffic down they default to a smaller size. The the recipient can request a larger version of the picture if they want. Emailed images on OS10 does not go anywheres near the NOC so BB does not really care the image size selected.
