    It said one of the new features was unlimited apps running in the background but I tried this and I still am only limited to 8. Also what are the enhancements to media, blue tooth, etc?

    The feature you are expecting is planned for 10.3.

    Enhancements in media / bluetooth are due to implementation of aptX.

    The feature your refering is app running at background
    Like profile manager or call recorder or other apps and with new update its unlimited
    And active frame is 8 and will be 8 with new 10.3 I think but not sure
