So I just checked to see whether an update is available. 10.2.0.424 is available. Clocking in at just over 400megs! Not the big ones I have seen.
Gonna download it in a few hours.

My question, has anyone had any issues with this specific version? I'm a bit wary after reading of some of the bugs. I have horrid luck and might catch them all lol.

Where are you from? It may be available in your area as early as a few days ago. Cause it's still not available here in the Philippines

Nice, I am on vodacom as well.

I am frustrated as I see others getting it, however my phone doesnt find the update.

Which version of the phone do you have? ( STL - 00?) , also which version of OS did you upgrade from, if you can remember.

    Thanks

I just downloaded .424 using Sachesi since it is not available from my carrier yet. You should consider trying it, there is a guide provided by Crackberry and the experience was flawless for me.

i tried to use Sachesi, It allows me to put in 655 for South Africa, but when i put in 01 for Vodacom, it doesnt find the update.

I have followed what i believe to be the instructions, unless i have got the wrong version of sachesi

Don't use SA and Vodacom, use another country or you can just download the autoloader available for 10.2.0.424 (10.2.0.1791)

Less than 3 weeks ago, I received an update os ver. 10.2.0.415, and just now I received a notification again os update 10.2.0.424, what is the difference between this os? Im currently enjoying. 415, without any problem, that are others commonly complaining with .424, do I have to install this one or should I stick with .415? Im afraid I might experience the same problem that others are complaining..

With regards to using the auto loader.

Some forums talk of flashing the phone first, Kind of want to get it right. Is there a better (best) set of instructions to explain how to load the new os?

Use the code in the screenshot, it's for Romania but it works just fine... just make sure that your hardware is STL 100-1

Be sure to read the thread for a radio error update that goes with that 1791.. Sorry don't have the link right off and the
595 unlocked runtime is a must have too to run all or most Jellybean apps.. Just use DDPB to load the 2 BAR files into
1791 and reboot after. Just don't forget to add the radio update. If you can't find the link in the 1791 thread I will
upload it to Dropbox and post the link here.. GL

The very reason everyone is loading 10.2 is to be able to sideload Android Jellybean apps.. GL
