Both these games are made with Unity and Unity support is coming soon for BB10. So we should see major chunk of games coming in then.

I've emailed both of the developers. However, I only got a response from Kiloo (the makers of Subway Surfers). This was early February.

This is the email I sent and the reply I received.

Me:
" Hello, Subway Surfer's developer team.

I have played your games called Frisbee Forever and Bullet Time on my BlackBerry PlayBook. Your games have seen quite a reasonable amount of demand (I would say) on this platform. I request you to port over your widely successful game "Subway Surfers" to the new BlackBerry 10 platform of phones and tablets (new tablets to be announced and old will be upgraded to BlackBerry 10 around May).

The BlackBerry 10 phones will be launching on January 30th this Wednesday with 2 phones. Many other fans and I would gladly appreciate it if you'd bring your games over.

At the very least, please think about it and reply back if you have the time."

According to this reply, it seems like they will bring their games over once unity 4 is available because they want to reach out to as many people as they can.

Also, it should be noted that they already have 2 of their games on the PlayBook (with the help of Union). Let us see how things go this summer and hopefully Imangi Studios come on board too.
