I emailed the devs of Temple Run 2 last night making a case for why they should strongly consider the blackberry platform. Haven't heard back yet but will keep you posted if I do. You guys can join in on the action by emailing them at support@imangistudios.com

None yet, emailed them twice but still no response. If someone has stated they will port it as jstarett has mentioned it would be cool.

So after multiple attempts I managed to get a response. Here's what they had to say:

I'm hoping the message is passed on. Hope for the best I guess. I stressed the point that they could port the Android if they didn't want to go all out and make a native app. Let's see what happens.

Really want temple run its a must have game for me really. If we dont start getting games like this we will fail and fall behind, so far blackberry 10 has been so good wouldnt want it starting to fall behind again.

Maybe it will work as a sideload once RIM upgrades the android player to 4.1. Hopefully RIM recognizes the deficiency with the current Android player now playing some apps (like Temple Run) and addresses it.

For me personally, it's not so much about having the game, but knowing the BB is being left behind by devs for stupid reasons

It's out of their hands right now. Once Unity's BB10 support arrives (pre-release version should go to devs in spring, final version in summer) then I have almost zero doubt that Temple Run 2 will be on BB10; Imangi switched to Unity to improve their cross-platform ability. But please note that I can't speak for them!

I think a lot of Unity devs have been reluctant to port to Android even though the engine is perfectly capable there because supporting a kajillion different devices and resolutions and OS versions is a nightmare for small/solo devs. This is the number one reason I'm telling other devs that BB10 is different
