If im not mistaken, RR3 is by EA Games so if you have a problem with their app, so to their website or email them. Now, you said "this happens for a lot of them". Do you mean apps? Maybe you're internet is not reliable. Ive downlaoded RR3 many times on bb10 phones and it works each time, but it is very slow

Lucky for you, I'm one of the lot who fail to get the extra file downloaded even with a stable Internet .
As above told many failed to get those extra file.

Are you using Wifi or mobile network this game is very large and even using wifi takes a long time.Most importantly make sure your phone has enough memory as it seems like it could be reaching its storage limit, have you tried uninstalling a few things first.

No. I think it doesn't work in Asian countries and other countries!! Becuz, u can't get the data from ea easily!! What can I do?? Is there any other way I can download??

Just re-did my phone and downloaded it yesterday. Took about 2 hours I would guess. (Canada)

Problem with RR3 for BlackBerry is that it hasn't been updated for many months now. It's like 5 or 6 versions behind the actual latest one that is out for android and iOS
I hope (but don't seem likely) that FM/EA will eventually release the update for BlackBerry at some point. Till then all we can do is ask for it from their customer support I suppose

Just so you know, it takes a long time because those files are over 1GB last time I checked.

I don't think the Android version works properly. I remember trying it in the past. I think it requires OBB files which we can't get through any of our available app stores.
