    I have just bought my latest BlackBerry z10 but the device heats up quickly after use. Any solution? I should I contact the service centre for repair?

    I have had my Z10 heat up on me as well. I am a heavy user(email/texts). never seems to get hot under that use but does once in a while if I play a game for a few minutes..

    When playing a lot of games / for a long time. They do tend to heat up, like all computer components when under stress.

    Nothing to worry about if you don't find you have to prise your fingers off the back of the device afterwards
