I don't feel a free copy of an app should be restricted by region/country. If it is against any rules here I apologize ahead of time, but technically this isn't piracy.

If you have to side load I'd consider that a good way of judging it wrong. Side loading is meant for free android apps not for apps that are in the app world.

I agree that if an app is offered free it should be offered so in all markets but its not the case and it doesn't make this right. At least from my viewpoint.
