Huh, I suppose it's another blunder in Gameloft's part.

Checked the "new" category yet? Maybe there's miracle there.

In any case, I'm at level 32 and I don't see no restaurant in my game. Normally, if they're "unlocked at certain level", they'll be there, but have lock on them, not suddenly appear at certain level, but IDK.

no I haven't as its obvious the game needs an update with the crashing. I am on level 47 and the levels stop at 60. its not in any category and looking at scrats village there are lots of animals and items that we do not have access to. I am focusing my time on getting as much land as possible for the small possibility that gameloft updates this game and releases more items including the restaurant. it is my only quest and it has been for some time so I'm guessing its the last one,but like I said before its not a big deal. others are welcome to research and report back.

I checked Gameloft's FAQs about Ice Age Village, it doesn't even have BlackBerry edition, same as NOVA 3 and Asphalt 7

Scratch that: nothing in Gameloft's site indicates that BlackBerry 10 is supported.

Most of the stuffs don't apply to BlackBerry version: visiting friends for example. I can live with having to log in to Gameloft live, but ice age village can't even detect if I'm connected or not.

In any case, I still can't buy grass....

Regarding crashing, is there a way around not crashing after getting fun stuff? I'm on level 9, just started yesterday and the only thing I can add is a path without crashing and going back to were I started from when I logged on. I am so frustrated! I play on Blackberry playbook. Any ideas?

Keep trying again. Protip: if you've unlocked Scrat's Nook, go to the island selection screen (with the BBM invite icon)
It will save your progress.

Regarding crashing, I usually encounter crash after I pop open a baby. It's maddening, especially because babies are not cheap and they require you to wait a long time.

I'd suggest to delete and reload, but I'd be too scared you'd lose your progress.

Yesterday the horse babies crash on me, today it's the bonycaps. Bloody idiots.

At least my T-Rexes didn't quit on me. I don't know what to do anymore.

I'd rather not re-install unless I know my save is safe. Got a full T-Rex family, all sloths, all birds, and a lot of lucky strikes with the scrat minigame.

You know, in retrospect T-Rexes suck hard. If anyone else is reading this, give up in the thing and focus on something else. I recommend the glorious Red Sloth: 2,500 coins every 10 minutes at full family (forgot the cost, but in acorns and pretty cheap compared to, say, Piranha, yes, that piranha you get so early). T-Rexes cost 4 millions total, the babies take 2 days each to incubate, and all for 15,000 coins PER 2 DAYS. Even after an entire goddang year, you still won't get your money back.

If I don't know any better, i'd say it's a rip off, but I don't know any better, so I'd say it's a rip off.

Heck, Horses give you more for your money.

I have 80M and have been down and back many times. what else is there to buy at this point? I don't regret the t-rex because with multipliers I get 42k. money eventually does not become an issue, collecting acorns do. I play and collect silver coins trying to get more acorns. I buy land for 40M+ and then just save until I'm back to 80M and just buy more land while I try to get more and more acorns with silver coins. the haunted mountains are good investments. build them next to multipliers and they do alright for me. time them so you have one pay out about every 6 hours

And yes, it somehow persists. I don't know how the f**k it happened but there I was, about to do my usual coin sweep and daily minigame when I see 161 tokens. That screen shot is taken after I played 9 of those coins, netting me 2 mil coins and 100 acorns already. I'm going to get lucky again somewhere between 152 and zero.

In case you're wondering, Ice Age Village was released May 21st, it's physically impossible to get 150 tokens, and you can't buy tokens, you can only buy coins and acorns.

It sure works for me. I have 1970 tokens currently. I think it also messes with the acorn system because I won 100 or so acorns but somehow have 334 (originally only 7)

Scored steggy and pink ostrich already. My land is expanding, unlocked all 3 nursery slots, currently breeding gravelbeast, gazelle and musk ox.

Mwahahahaha.

ok thanks everyone. let me see if I have this right. you enter you village, click on all or some of your coins? then you click on the apples to change them into stars. how many need to be on the ground before you enter scrats place? does scats village have to be playable or can there still be a timer in there? does finding scrat in the village make any difference? thanks everyone. so far I can't get this to work.

edit: does it matter if the stars are starting to fly towards the top? do all of the coins have to be collected first so that only apples remain before they turn into stars? when I leave scrats nook do I play the game right away? sorry for the questions. I'm posting as I continue to try this. I've watched youtube vids on this but it still isn't working

Every piece of star (exp) that you haven't picked up yet will become tokens. One exp equals one token. Remember that after a set of time, items will be picked up, as if you tapped on them yourself. They have to be still on the ground

For example, Sloth family grants you 2 xp (symbolized by one star, doesn't matter). If you feed the sloth family and its star comes out, go to scrat's nook and go back, you will have 2 tokens bonus.

I don't know if you have to look at Kung Fu Scrat's interface or not for it to work tho, I always do.

This means, if you put the high level, long-recharge animals in a row and feed them all at the same time, you can get 1000s of tokens at once.

Especially T-Rex or Theropod
