i have stL-100-1 with 10.2.0.424 official and i have checked many runtimes but non was working unless removing all sideloaded apps.then sideloaded 595 and installed side-loaded all the apps but didn,t try any and restarted while holding volume up and down at boot until loading screen since then all started working...
now i have converted deathreally and english to urdu dictionary and copied the downloadable file from a galaxy s2 android data to my z10.misc android data and it worked great.

on my stl100-1 i am unable to hard reboot like you have, when i hold down both volume buttons for 15-20 seconds all it does is take a snapshot of my home screen.
do you have any advice?

Another way to "hard reset" is to hold down the power button for several seconds. Do not release it until you get to the loading screen (the one with the "square"), after the reboot.

yes i do have an answer for u just listen carefully all you have todo is turn off your cell phone and bieng powered off press and hold volume + and volume - keys then power on your cell phone don,t let go the keys until your cell properly starts...
