    E-mailed sales, support and even [email protected]. All e-mails returned undeliverable, but before that happened, I received an e-mail from [email protected] directing me to their website which has been down. I don't know how they can send an automated reply.

    No joke...but all is well now. They were down for almost two days as far as I can tell. All the other users had the same story. I've never seen that happen. Then again I'm a n00b.
