Out of all the BlackBerry's I owned - I never had a blackberry without a physical qwerty. I am going to get my secondary phone as in one of the three mentioned above in the title but leaning toward the Z30, man did it hold some value?

What do you guys suggest out of the three? ...

...depending which phone I buy - Depends what OS it will be eligible for or have?...

I am on cricket aka AT&T's budget brand.

Depending on your budget of course, I'd say - GET THE Z30! Otherwise, a Z10 and a decent battery .

I was thinking the same, seems to have best specs and prefer the larger screen! Also love super amoled! Only thing I would swap about the PP is the IPS to SA.

I'd go with the Z30. It some extras the Z10 doesn't have like the FM radio, USB OTG and the Paratek antenna.

Z30 would be the way to go because of the better specs & added features as already mentioned.

I lot of people say the Z30 has very good battery life. With the Z10 you can change the battery out yourself....no tools.

I have four Z10 batteries. Two when I first got the phone, and then I bought two more recently since the old batteries reach 80% of capacity.

I'm leaning towards getting a Z30 STA-100. The John Chen post about new phones was kind of muddled, but I gather they were just Android phones. I rather stick with bb10.

I would buy a new bb10 phone, but I really don't want a keyboard again. The virtual keyboard is less likely to get damaged. On my Z10, I just use a transform case and a tempered glass protector.

Leap is the latest device but Z30 is better in specs. Plus you can find it cheaper now compared to it was 1st released. I've been using the Z30 since the last 2 years. Its nice and still working good. Although it had gotten injured from a few falls, this baby never leave me yet. LOL

Leap has better LTE support and a brighter screen than the Z30. I like the styling better too - more modern looking. Sure you're giving up HDMI output, NFC, and USB OTG, but as your second device you may not care.

The performance difference is rather negligible. I frequently have the two side by side, and there is very little practical difference in speed.

Z30, we have deployed some Leaps at work and are finding the speakers are a little weak.

Doing some Googling, it looks like the Z30 STA100-1 never was released. Seems to me you would want a Z10 if in the US.

I have Z10/Z30 and just added a Leap as very cheap now, Z10 now almost four years old and still working well only thing battery life not the best so I always carry a spare battery, the Z30 cellular reception and battery life is excellent, and lastly the Leap mine has none of the problems mentioned in the forums might be lucky, solid build and good battery life and cellular reception is similar to Z30 using the same network, yes the speaker is just ok but I use the Leap for communication and not for media that's the Z30's task, which one? Down to available budget and personal choice.

Z30 the STURDY one. even forgot how many times I have dropped it, without any safety cover or leather pouch. Still my beloved lovable Z30 works like a zara.

I personally would go for the Blackberry Leap. The screen looks really clear. The AMOLED screen on the Z30 and Q10 isn't very good. The performance may be higher but you looking at the screen all day and thats what matters! (to me at least).

Battery life should be similar between the Z30 and Leap. (2880 vs 2800). Additionally, if you purchase a Leap. it will be brand new stock from Shop.Blackberry vs the Z30 will most likely be old stock with a old battery.

Can't recommend a Z10 over Leap, switching battery's and charging all day isn't an option for me anymore ( bootloading and reading the SD takes forever). The screen also feels way to small when coming from a larger device. The only thing I occasionally miss is the gyroscope for the "Star Tracker " app, nothing else.

Well, with the Z10 you would want to carry a charger to avoid having to switch batteries. Z30 is yhe best but the screen vs the Leap or Z10 is a big consideration depending on your vision. The Z30 just won't go mega-bright; you get what you get. But the SOUND! I have found that for casual browsing I do prefer the Leap to the Z30 but if I couldn't have both, it’s the Z30. You know you can even plug in a regular keyboard into it, what a kick! I tried both keyboard and mouse with a splitter, mouse was kinda clunky but it Could be done.

The Z10 happens to be that sweet perfect size. only downside is the battery.

Sometimes with the Z10, Heavy use can kill the battery in less than 3 hours, even with an extra battery you can be sitting dry pretty quick and usually when traveling with no options for a plug or time to sit around and charge. I've never used the Z30 but the Leap has never let me down.

Just bought a new Z30 for about $130.00. Model 100-5. Wifi-calling on T-mo works perfectly on 10.3. Great phone. Loved my Z10, this is way nicer.
