    I believe it's region dependent. So if LATAM is getting the LTE variant that's what your LE device will be, although correct me if I'm wrong but the Z10 hasn't been launched in LATAM right? Because on the EULA it says they'll ship it when it launches in the country as well.

    for the USA only STL100-3 will have the 4G LTE working for Tmobile and ATT
