This is not ONLY for Dev devices it can be loaded on DevC and any STL100-2/3/4 even release is running on my stl100-2 without problem

EDIT: Actually Mega should be blamed for the halted download. Who designs an interface that downloads within a webpage instead of through the browsers downloading system like everyone else does?? Just nonsense if you ask me

The dev site suggests their will be a problem with bbm contacts transferring, and that creating a second BBID is recommended. Is this true when updating an STL100-2 using the method in this thread, or will everything transfer smoothly if the primary BBID is used?

This is in the instance that you have a Z10 and Dev Alpha C. They suggest you create a second, developer BBID so that you can run the Dev Alpha C without messing up all the information associated with the BBID on the Z10. You should have no problem using your primary BBID as long as you're upgrading your primary device

safer to follow OP directions going to .1485 than to .1429

its literally use the auto loader to .1485 once done can power off phone than boot the .1429 leak auto loader turn on phone and voila you have .1429

on this thread .1485 >.1429(becouse here is OS only no radio Included ) so take radio part from .1485 and just replace/swap OS .1485 with full .1429

i followed here this way becous OS have same HWID so can be aplly to :
DevC
STL100-2
STL100-3
STL100-4
use same HWID and difrent radio
